1.1 Scope of Agreement

apk27 primarily provides services to users in Bangladesh. Access to platform services may be limited or unavailable for users in certain countries or regions. You bear full responsibility for complying with the laws and regulations of your own country.

2.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. If the same person creates multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete.

• A valid email address must be used.
• Correct full name, date of birth, and mobile number must be provided.
• Account details must be updated immediately if any information changes.
• Registering with false information or concealing your identity is a punishable offence.

2.2 Login Security

Keep your apk27 account password and login details completely confidential. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately. You bear full responsibility for all activity on your account.

2.3 Verification Process (KYC)

For large withdrawals or in certain other circumstances, apk27 may request the following documents to verify your identity:

• Copy of National ID (NID) or passport.
• Bank statement or mobile banking transaction records.
• Proof of address — such as a utility bill or bank letter.

Withdrawals may be temporarily put on hold until verification is complete.

Only transact from an account registered in your own name. Use of third-party accounts is not permitted.

3.2 Minimum Amounts

The minimum deposit amount for each payment method is ৳300 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these limits will be processed.

3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe

apk27 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, additional time may be required for identity verification or account review. If there is an unusual delay with a withdrawal request, please contact the support team.

3.4 Fraud Prevention

Any fraudulent transactions, money laundering, or attempts to deceive the platform are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the relevant account will be immediately closed, remaining funds in the account may be forfeited, and legal action will be taken where applicable.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit — up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳2,000; depositing ৳12,000 gives you the maximum ৳5,000 bonus and a total balance of ৳17,000.

This bonus cannot be claimed more than once and applies to the first deposit only.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to all bonuses. Wagering is calculated based on the bonus amount only, not the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn after placing ৳10,000 in bets.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If the wagering condition is not fulfilled within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
• Certain games may not contribute toward bonus wagering.

4.3 General Promotional Terms

apk27 reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion without prior notice. Each promotion may have separate terms, which will be stated in the relevant offer description. If abuse of any bonus terms is detected, the platform reserves the right to cancel that bonus and take action against the account.

5.1 VIP Tiers

The apk27 VIP program has 4 tiers, each offering weekly cashback benefits:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher VIP tiers through regular and active participation. The detailed criteria for tier changes are at apk27's discretion and may change at any time.

5.2 VIP Benefits & Conditions

VIP members enjoy priority support, special bonuses, and exclusive offers. However, VIP membership is also subject to these general terms and conditions. apk27 reserves the right to change VIP benefits at any time. VIP status may be revoked for violations of the terms and conditions.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

apk27 is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent gaming environment for all members. All games on the platform operate in compliance with SSL encryption and fair play standards. Using any bot, automated software, or artificial intelligence to play games is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Exploiting or manipulating loopholes in bonus terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion repeatedly.
• Playing in secret collusion with other players (Collusion).

Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and funds may be forfeited.

10.2 Member's Own Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting the apk27 support team. Please request a withdrawal of any remaining funds before closing your account. A closed account cannot be accessed again.
